That's A Wrap ...

How do you measure?….. How do you describe?…. How do you participate?! These are questions in my mind as I write this post to capture Gladney Center’s volunteer experience in the 2022 Special Olympics USA Games.



But, I’m not going to have to come up with an answer to any of those questions today (phew!) because actually, the question I need to answer (because it’s been asked a lot) is “WHAT is the connection between Gladney‘s Superkids Program and the Special Olympics?” So, ok, let me give it my best shot here.

2022 Special Olympics Gladney Team Update

When Gladney started planning our trip to Orlando to volunteer at the 2022 Special Olympics, we didn't imagine we would have 28 people coming along, as well as others volunteering time to make this a special experience! Our VolunTEAM includes Gladney Families, Staff, Friends, and prior Gladney Superkids volunteers!

Gladney Center’s Superkids program will be a group volunteer participant in the June 2022 Special Olympics in Orlando Florida!

We hope you will consider joining our volunteer group to help on-site at Orlando and Disney area venues of the Special Olympics. We are focusing our volunteer participation around the long weekend of June 4-7, 2022.
