Andrew-2022

Parent Quote

Andrew-2022We felt such a sense of peace when we adopted Andrew. The moment he came into our lives we knew our family of four was complete! Andrew was the sweetest little boy who has grown into a sensitive, caring, fiercely independent young man. Thank you for bringing such joy into our lives, Andrew. We love you!

From the Graduate

Growing up being adopted helped build me into a bigger and brighter person. I firmly believe this wouldn't be possible if I weren't adopted. My parents have given me opportunities I may never have had otherwise. I also think that the genes from my birthparents have played a key role in who I am today. In my eyes, this is almost like a full-on superpower. I get the benefits from the traits I have inherited and I also benefit from the traits my parents have instilled in me.

Being adopted has also opened me up to different views and has helped set me apart from the majority of people in this world.

About Andrew

Andrew is graduating from Wissahickon High School and will be attending West Virginia University in the Fall. He plans to major in Finance. Andrew was on the Wissahickon High School Varsity Golf Team all four years of High School and actively involved in the local Boy Scout Troop. He recently achieved the rank of Eagle Scout after completing his Eagle Scout project which was a tribute to all First Responders. Andrew's project involved the design and construction of a Township Park garden and two park benches along with a plaque dedicating the benches to all First Responders and honoring their commitment to the community. We are so proud of Andrew and his accomplishments!
