Parent Quote
The day we went to pick Brady up from his caregiver, the seat belt where he was going to be sitting broke. So, we had to take a detour to the Junkyard to get a replacement. This made us quite late, but it all worked out in the end. The kids were so excited to get their new brother that his oldest sister, Jodie, wanted to bring him to school for show-and-tell and we did! Unfortunately, her classmates were not quite as impressed as she was. It was a fun year - with both ups and downs as we adjusted to a new family member. We feel super blessed that God picked us to raise this smart, witty, and hardworking young man.
From the Graduate
I feel blessed to have two families, my adoptive family and my biological family. Sometimes I feel torn between the two. However, I know that my birth mom did what was best for me by placing me in my family. I love both my families deeply and am happy that my story includes adoption.
