Children can exhibit signs of loss through different behaviors, whether it's anxiety or being more outgoing. It's important for teachers and professionals to be curious about a child's behavior instead of automatically responding. It's also important for parents to be open and tell teachers about the loss their child may be going through. Everyone's journey and perspective is different, so accommodate to what that child needs.
