Gladney Counseling Services is located on our beautiful Fort Worth campus, offering in-person sessions in a warm, welcoming environment designed to help clients feel safe, supported, and seen. This location serves as a central hub for compassionate, trauma-informed care, particularly for those connected to the adoption and foster care communities. Whether you're an adoptive parent, foster parent, birth parent, adoptee, or someone navigating life transitions or mental health challenges, our experienced counselors are here to walk alongside you.
Our Fort Worth counselors bring a wide range of expertise to the table—from Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma-focused approaches. This team has years of experience supporting individuals with complex trauma, grief, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and the unique emotional journeys tied to adoption and foster care.
With specialties that include child and adolescent therapy, family systems work, and support for neurodivergent individuals, our Fort Worth-based therapists are uniquely equipped to meet clients where they are. They are passionate about building authentic relationships and creating an inclusive space where every client’s identity, background, and experiences are honored.
In addition to in-person counseling at our Fort Worth office, Gladney Counseling Services also offers virtual sessions for clients across Texas, increasing access to mental health care for those outside the Metroplex. Our counselors are in-network with most major insurance providers, including Medicaid, making services more accessible for many families.
