Serah is sassy, wiser than her years, and intelligent as all get out. She is a force of nature who is very self-aware. Serah is very spirited and enjoys speaking her mind. Serah is very inquisitive and will confidently advocate for herself and is not afraid to speak out about her beliefs and ideas. She is active and loves to dance and swim. Serah takes pride in her appearance and She is also a fashionista and loves having beautiful hair. She does better advocating for herself than most adults would. She excels in school and loves learning new things. She has a bold personality and does well overall with peer relationships. Serah will be a great addition to a loving, nurturing, and caring forever family.

Serah's forever family will teach her how to continue advocating for herself while providing her the attention she craves. Serah needs to be a priority in a home, especially in the beginning. It is important for her to feel secure and to know that her voice is heard. She would do best with few siblings, and with siblings who are older.
