Leah Joy

PARENT QUOTE

We were amazed the first time we held Leah Joy in our arms; here was this sweet little girl we were given to love. We had waited so long for this child, and when we got her we were beyond excited. She has grown to be an amazing singer, a great student, and a wonderful young woman. She is such a blessing to all who meet her.

FROM THE GRADUATE

I’m incredibly grateful to have supportive parents, who have sacrificed numerous resources to provide the best for me. I am pursuing a career in music, and plan to continue my education, hoping to one day have a master's in psychology. Music has always played an important role in my life, becoming a part of who I am, and I knew this love needed to be shared. I know that without the influence of my parents, their encouragement to use my gifts to advance God’s kingdom, I would still be that shy, terrified girl who was afraid to go on stage.

ABOUT LEAH JOY

Leah Joy was an honor student throughout her high school career. Singing has always been Leah Joy’s first love. She placed in local Idol shows, sung the National Anthem at various local events, sung with a jazz band from Boston at a fundraising gala, was part of the NH Jazz All State Honors Choir, and sang worship at church. She has been accepted at Berklee College of Music, where she plans to major in music therapy and minor in performance.
