McKenna - Gladney Bright FuturesPARENT QUOTE

The first thing we noticed about McKenna was her beautiful, big, solemn eyes. We had her placement at a beautiful park chosen by her birth mother, and it was a perfect day. Those eyes are still beautiful, big and full of mischief and knowledge.

McKenna - Gladney Bright FuturesEver since I was little, my parents had always told me I was adopted. In this family that I have now, I am so grateful to have experienced and lived this wonderful life with all that I have been given. Being adopted is something I greatly value in my life, and I appreciate my family for everything they have given me. I cannot express my gratitude and love for all they have helped with.

McKenna received many solo awards as a percussionist in the high school marching band. She has taken many dance classes including tap, ballet, jazz, and her favorite, hip hop. McKenna will be attending Texas State University to pursue a degree in child life with the intent to eventually work as a full-time counselor for adolescents.

Write a comment below congratulating McKenna on her accomplishments and encouraging her in her future!
