Bulgaria offers a welcoming and inclusive adoption program, with flexible eligibility requirements that allow many different types of families to be considered. While the criteria are more open than in some other countries, every step of the process is still thoughtfully designed to ensure children are placed in safe, loving, and well-prepared homes.
There’s something really special about 13-year-old boys. They bring conversation, humor, and personality into everyday life. They’re old enough to share their thoughts, try new things alongside you, and build genuine connections, while still very much enjoying encouragement, guidance, and being part of a family.
Friendly and curious Ethan is one of those wonderful 13-year-old boys. He’s from Bulgaria and he enjoys connecting with others and exploring the world around him. He speaks both Turkish and Bulgarian and especially looks forward to his favorite subject—P.E. (he’s definitely a fan of staying active!).
Ethan is developing right on track for his age, with strong motor skills and solid focus and attention. He’s naturally social and enjoys activities that challenge his mind, like puzzles, tangrams, and “spot the difference” games. Ethan is thoughtful in his responses and adapts quickly to new environments, making him easy to connect with.
