Meet Quiet Ragan {China}

Little Miss Ragan!

Ragan’s file was initially prepared in Spring 2019 when she was about 24 months old.  At the time her file was prepared, Ragan was living in foster care.   Ragan is described as an introvert who gets along well with others.  She is close with her foster family.

Ragan is fond of playing with toys.  She likes to play games and play with dolls.  Her foster mom takes her out for walks in the stroller and she enjoys seeing the sights around her.  At the age of 24 months, she was able to crawl and she could walk with her hands being held.

Ragan’s needs are listed as hydrocephalus and strabismus of right eye. Her file notes that she is delayed in development and language.  

We are seeking an update on Ragan and are hopeful to learn more about her developmental progress and current medical needs.
