We are excited to introduce siblings Jaqueline (age 8), Jayla (age 6), Janelle (age 5), and Janessa (age 3)!
The siblings do not have any diagnosed medical conditions. We have the full profiles for families to review who meet Taiwan's adoption qualifications.
Jayla was born in 2016 and is 6 years old. Jayla loves to watch princess cartoons, play with water-balloons, and role-play being a teacher! Jayla is reserved when in a unfamiliar environment and needs to take time to observe before feeling comfortable. Jayla is suspected to have ADHD. She attended play therapy and counseling sessions to help her learn emotional regulation when interacting with others. Her caregiver stated she feels that Jayla's emotional stability has improved since starting her therapies. Jayla is enrolled in elementary school as a kindergartener.
Janelle was born in 2017 and is 5 years old. Janelle enjoys playing in the rain, making crafts with clay, puzzles, and building with Legos! She has a stuffed shark that she finds comfort in and wants it to be close by. Those who know her describe Janelle as fiery and wants to express her own thoughts. Janelle is enrolled as a kindergartner at elementary school.
The 3 older siblings reside in a Children's Home with three other girls of the same ages. They have a close bond with one another and enjoy role-playing and playing with Barbie dolls together. While Janessa does not live with her sisters, she has met them during meeting arranged by their foster agency. The girls also have 2 older siblings who reside in Taiwan.
Since the older girls have not had many opportunities to meet with their younger sister, they are needing the support and time to build a relationship together. Are you a family that can provide this to them? If you think you could be the right family for Jacqueline, Jayla, Janelle, and Janessa, please contact us at Superkids@gladney.org to review their profiles.
To protect a child's privacy, Taiwan has strict rules limiting public photos of children. To see more photos of the siblings, request to join Gladney's PRIVATE Taiwan Waiting Child Advocacy group on Facebook.
