Only seven years ago, trusting and caring for anyone else besides my two sisters and myself was a completely foreign concept. Then, through Gladney, I was given a home that I could call mine, with parents to call Mom and Dad. I learned to open up about my feelings with two people who cared about me. Now I'm graduating and moving onto college, something unimaginable before I was adopted. If it wasn't for being adopted and placed in an amazing home, I wouldn't feel as confident in my place in this world or what my future holds.

ABOUT ROBERT

Robert has been accepted to a four-year university. He plans to pursue a career in real estate and aspires to one day launch his own real estate brokerage firm. He's also an accomplished trumpet player and was nominated to the homecoming court his senior year.
