UPDATED TO ADD: LARS NOW HAS A $4,500 GRANT IF ADOPTED THROUGH GLADNEY!!

This is Lars. Isn't he a cutie? Lars just turned 3, wouldn't it be amazing if he was home by his next birthday?!

Lars has Beta Thalassemia, he gets monthly blood transfusions. This sweet little boy desperately needs a family so that he can get the medical care he needs. This is a need that is rarely treated well in China and the sooner this sweet boy comes home the better!

Lars is crawling, but not yet walking. He is pretty shy with strangers but very attached to his caregiver. He did really like the lollipops we had with us! He banged blocks together and stood with assistance when we met him in September.
