Adoption has given me a multitude of opportunities to pursue my interest in medicine and innovation. Without my adoptive parents, I would not be where I am today. I would not be influenced by my adoptive upbringing or by the life and educational lessons that it entails. Luckily, I am now in a position where I have the chance to bring my goals to fruition at a state-of-the-art institution.
