Gladney University… my personal FAVORITE educational opportunity we provide at Gladney, but maybe I am biased. 😊
I get the privilege of speaking with expert presenters from around the world who speak on various topics within the child welfare spectrum.
Our past topics have ranged from mental health in teens, transracial adoption, identity and trauma, etc. Once I get the presentation set on the calendar, after all of the exciting paper work is complete of course, the real fun begins!
I work with an amazing team and without them Gladney University wouldn’t be possible. Nancy Robbins, Director of Digital Media, is my sidekick. She makes sure all of the digital aspects of our virtual trainings are perfect for our audience. She also takes care of recording our training and editing/uploading to our Gladney University YouTube Channel and our Gladney University Podcast (we are on all streaming platforms). We deliver two trainings a month and provide CEUs to our attendees who join us live.
Oh, and did I mention, the CEUs are FREE! That’s right. I know our social workers, nurses, counselors, etc. are always looking for CEUs for their licensing and Gladney University is a wonderful resource to anyone who wants to join us. If you are unsure exactly what Gladney University provides, visit our website. On the website, you will find the purpose of Gladney University as well as the calendar of upcoming events which you can register for.
I hope for you to join us one day. Our trainings are interactive, engaging, and again totally FREE! I also would like to thank our past and upcoming presenters for their knowledge and presentation skills. Without them, we wouldn’t have the compelling content each month for you guys. Happy learning friends!
