MATCHED!!
Cute, cute Abraham is about to celebrate his first birthday! You will find him frequently laughing and enjoying interactions with others. When playing with others, he will giggle and maintain eye contact.
Abraham has normal eating conditions and can fall asleep by himself, only occasionally needing a cuddle and pacifier from time to time. He doesn’t prefer any specific activity or toy and enjoys watching videos on an I-pad. Abraham has gross motor delays but can prop up on his forearms, roll from side to side, align his head and stabilize his trunk, grasp small items, and bear weight briefly on his legs while being supported by an adult!
He is also diagnosed with dysgenesis of corpus collosum which is mainly responsible for the development of muscle. Abraham was born prematurely, suffered from infant withdrawal syndrome, and has high muscle tension. He has been attending physical therapy once every 2 weeks since April 2020, and occupational therapy once per week since June 2020 which have been very beneficial for him.
