James is almost 3 and is as cute as a little button! He laughs easily and is always smiling.

His file was prepared when he was just over a year old, so its hard to tell if his development is on target. We are seeking an update. He has a repaired cleft palate, but not a cleft lip. His file also mentions possible strabismus.

He is described as a being a shy little boy who giggles when the caregivers tease him. He wasn't communicating much when his file was prepared, but again, he was only barely 1.
