Meet Jessica, a Gladney Baby

 

“Over the last few years, I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Gladney staff and volunteers. To have the opportunity to support the passionate, hardworking people who make Gladney special is truly an honor and makes the challenge of running all the more rewarding. Thanks to Gladney, I was fortunate to be placed in a loving and caring family, and I hope to spread that joy and love to others outside the Gladney Family.

A Gladney memory that stands out in my mind is the This is Gladney: Walk-and-Talk Tour. It’s a tour where people in the community can learn more about the services Gladney has to offer. Even though I’d been involved with Gladney for quite a while, there were so many things I learned, including the history of certain artifacts, the impact of programs like New Beginnings and Transitional Care, and the innovative AdoptED program being implemented around Dallas/Fort Worth and beyond. This experience was an excellent reminder of the number of lives Gladney has touched, and it made me feel connected to the vast Gladney community.”
