Parent Quote

Jordan_Baby_1We met Jordan when she was 27 hours old but due to unforeseen circumstances had to delay placement for several days. The Transitional Care Mom sent us pictures in the meantime, but we could not wait to take our daughter home! We were so excited when Placement Day finally arrived. It was such a happy occasion but a bit surreal! We had waited so long for this day and were so happy, but despite all the waiting and all the ups and downs, we couldn’t believe we showed up with a car seat and left with a baby girl!

From the Graduate

Being adopted has been an incredible journey for me and my family. I am grateful for the opportunities adoption has granted me all through the years. My mom and dad are the two greatest role models I could have asked for. My birth mother chose to place me for adoption so I would have the best chance for an incredible life. Adoption is the reason my family exists, and it's such a beautiful creation. I am excited to further my education at Texas State University and can't wait to see what the future holds!!

About Jordan

Jordan graduated from Klein Oak High School and will attend Texas State University in the fall to pursue a career in early childhood education. Jordan was an active member of the National Honor Society, Klein Oak Standleaders, and Klein Oak Varsity Choir. She received several choral awards, including performing at Carnegie Hall in the Honor Performance Series Women’s Chorus and locally in the Region IX Women and Mixed Choirs. She earned the Class of 2020 Senior Service Award for the most philanthropy hours served in her class through the National Charity League - Champions Chapter.
