Parent Quote

Peyton_BabyThe day we met Peyton was unforgettable, we just couldn't stop smiling. It was also a little bittersweet as her birth mom placed her in my arms, as we knew that this was a difficult, yet brave, choice for her to make. Peyton was 3 days old when we took her home and we've been grinning from ear to ear ever since.

From the Graduate

Being adopted is something that I've always felt proud to tell other people about. Not only am I proud, but I've given a TED talk on adoption for my English class and wrote about it for my college essay. My brother and I think it's funny when we tell our friends that we are adopted because often times they don't believe us. I've always felt lucky to be adopted, and even luckier to have my parents that were chosen for me.

About Peyton

Peyton spent many years playing sports; she was always very athletic. Her passion has been volleyball, something she's played since she was 10 years old. After graduation, Peyton will attend Indiana University, pursuing a career as a physician assistant.
