Shania is an active and outgoing girl!  She has a ready smile, likes to laugh, and likes to participate in activities - especially a good game of hide and seek!  Shania loves music.  She likes playing with plush toys and gets along well with other children!  She also has a close relationship with her nanny and seeks love and affection from her.  Shania likes to be cuddled!

Shania’s file states that she can walk, scribble with a pen, imitate drawing lines, circles and crosses, and stand on one foot.  She is able to build a tower, turn pages in a book, and cover a bottle with its cap.  Video shows her manipulating and playing with a peg board and shapes. In regards to language ability, she imitates words, knows the meaning of no, and responds when others ask for an object.  Her file was created in late 2018 through April 2019 and shared that her development was delayed compared to her peers in language development. 

Shania’s file states that she has cleft lip and palate, CHD (VSD), and another need that is sensitive.
