Building Partnerships, Creating Futures: Gladney’s Work in Thailand  
At Gladney, we believe every child deserves a loving and caring family. This   
belief has guided our international work for decades — and it continues to inspire   
new partnerships around the world. We are thrilled to share an update on two   
incredible collaborations in Thailand that are helping make this vision a reality.  

Thai Red Cross Children’s Home (TRCCH)  
Our partnership with the Thai Red Cross Children’s Home (TRCCH) began in 2020   
through Madison Adoption Associates and officially opened to families in March   
2021. When Gladney acquired Madison in September 2024, we were honored to   
continue this meaningful relationship.  

TRCCH serves children with and without medical needs, providing exceptional care and a true sense of normalcy. Children attend public schools whenever possible,   
enjoy vacations, and participate in community life — experiences that help them   
grow and thrive. The home even includes an on-site hospital, ensuring that each   
child receives top-quality medical attention.  

So far, 14 children have been placed with families, with 4 more families   
currently matched and 8 waiting to be matched. At the end of this month, our   
first Superkids trip to Thailand will give staff and volunteers the opportunity to   
meet and assess waiting children — an important step in finding each child the   
family they deserve.  

Pattaya Orphanage  
In 2022, Madison Adoption Associates began developing a partnership with   
Pattaya Orphanage, a long-respected institution in Thailand known for its   
compassionate care and commitment to children’s emotional, physical, and social   
well-being. After Gladney’s acquisition, we officially became partners in early 2025.

Currently, two families are in the Pattaya program, and we are actively advocating   for five children who we look forward to meeting during our upcoming Superkids   
trip.  

Looking Ahead
We are deeply grateful to both the Thai Red Cross Children’s Home and Pattaya   
Orphanage for their trust and partnership. Together, we share a common goal —   
to find equipped, loving families for every child in their care.  

As we prepare for our first-ever Thailand Superkids trip at the end of October,   
our hearts are full of anticipation and hope. Each visit, each story, and each   
connection brings us one step closer to helping children find their forever families.
