The SuperKids Adventure Program by the Gladney Center for Adoption is more than just a temporary experience—it’s an opportunity to create lasting memories and possibly take the first step toward welcoming a child into your family forever. This Summer, Children from Colombia and Taiwan join approved families in the US for 2-3 weeks, giving both the children and families a chance to connect in meaningful ways.
Families from Florida, Illinois, Missouri, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Utah have the opportunity to participate in this life-changing program. Each state offers strong local support services through Gladney’s dedicated team, ensuring families and children feel supported throughout the experience.

For many children from Colombia and Taiwan, the SuperKids Adventure Program is a chance to experience the warmth and love of a family, even if only for a few weeks. These children, ranging from school-aged to teens, are all eligible for international adoption. Many have been waiting for a family for years, and this program gives them the chance to build connections and feel what it’s like to be part of a family.
Whether or not adoption is the end goal, families provide these children with memories of love, support, and belonging—memories that will stay with them forever.
For Families Considering Adoption
While the program is temporary, it’s also an incredible opportunity for families considering international adoption to connect with a child on a deeper level. Families must meet the prospective adoptive parent requirements for Colombia or Taiwan. However, exceptions are sometimes made for children who have been waiting longer.
