Were you born in January?

We had a little mix-up. I asked for a list of children who were matched or came home in 2017. It was a long list that was provided and I watched the little faces scrolling across my screen with awe! So many beautiful children! Then families started contacting me. My child wasn't in the video... A lot of families.

At the beginning of every year, most of us create a New Year's Resolution List. Some items are quickly marked off while others stay on the list reminding us to get busy.

Archie s a handsome 9 year old boy who describes himself as a considerate child. His foster mom agrees with him saying that even when his peers do something unkind to him he tries to explain away their behavior so that they will not get in trouble.

“Mark Melson is the right man at the right time for Gladney,” said Gladney Chairman of the Board Christopher Dezzi. “Our board has been focusing on all the issues related to future planning and succession. Mark was recently appointed as the Chief Operating Officer for Gladney. His service in that position as well as his work as Vice President for Development proved his solid operational and leadership abilities. We all look forward to Gladney’s next generation of leadership and growth under Mark.”
