Adelle and Ada are sisters who are very close to each other. We have photos of the sisters, just not ones that can be shared publicly. To see photos, please request to join our private Taiwan Advocacy Group on Facebook.

Adelle is 10 years old and is the quieter of the 2. She is shy and doesn’t like to do new things without her sister to encourage her.

Next month, Callie will turn 6 years old!  Callie’s file was prepared about a year ago and an update has been requested.  

Callie gets along well with other children and she is attached to her caregiver.  She likes watching cartoons and watching others perform.  She is happiest when listening to music and playing games. Callie is able to identify each child by name when their names are called and she is able to point to body parts and show facial

We have met Kobe a couple of times, the most recent of which was this past November. He is a sweet little 5 year old boy who carefully went to each person and shared his fruit snacks before he ate any himself.

Kobe has mild developmental delays and his file indicates that he may have ADHD. He loves super heroes, especially Superman and Ultraman. When asked what he wants to be when he grows up he replied, “Superman!”

Zola is turning three this week!  The best birthday present for her would be to have a family in process and to be home celebrating next year!  How amazing would that be?!

Zola is full of smiles according to her report.  She is described as a quiet girl who is close to her caretakers.  She enjoys snuggles and affection! 

Archer is a sweet, gentle boy who just turned 5 years old earlier this month. Gladney's Superkids team met him when we were in Taiwan in April 2019. He was born prematurely and has global delays, but he followed directions well for us and according to his caregivers he speaks in complete sentences. In a recent update received, it’s stated that he has shown improvement in his speech and is more motivated to express his needs through speech.

Kai is an adorable little guy who will be turning 7 years old in a couple of weeks! Kai is in the 1^st grade and told us his favorite thing about school is PE and playing tag with his friends. Kai loves to play with Legos and he built a huge tower out of blocks with Bill during our visit in November!

Kai also likes to watch cartoons, especially Ultraman, and play outside. He told us his favorite food was vegetables, just not eggplant!

What an amazing kid! Lane is 9 ½ years old.  He enjoys reading and drawing. He is generous and outgoing. 

Lane has strong self care ability.  He is close to his caretakers. He is willing to make new friends. He is helpful in caring for the younger kids in the SWI. 

MATCHED!

Argyll is a sweet 9 year old boy who is a very good student. He makes almost all A’s in school and learns easily. When we met him in November he found math problems very easy and put together our most complicated LEGO set with no assistance. He reads and writes in Mandarin.

He likes playing with a yo-yo and enjoys running outside. He really loved the Q-Bitz game we had with us and did some of the most difficult cards!

Shania is an active and outgoing girl!  She has a ready smile, likes to laugh, and likes to participate in activities - especially a good game of hide and seek!  Shania loves music.  She likes playing with plush toys and gets along well with other children!  She also has a close relationship with her nanny and seeks love and affection from her.  Shania likes to be cuddled!

Little Miss Ragan!

Ragan’s file was initially prepared in Spring 2019 when she was about 24 months old.  At the time her file was prepared, Ragan was living in foster care.   Ragan is described as an introvert who gets along well with others.  She is close with her foster family.
