As part of our ongoing commitment to finding loving, permanent families for children around the world, members of Gladney’s international team recently traveled to Vietnam and India to take significant steps toward launching new international adoption programs.

Gladney is proud to announce the official opening of our India and Vietnam International Adoption Programs. These new programs reflect the expansion of Gladney’s global work in international adoption—rooted in ethics, collaboration, and the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to grow up in a safe, stable, and nurturing family environment.

If 2-year-old Winston’s adorable giggle doesn’t steal your heart, his sweet little dance moves will! He’s a cheerful little guy with an irresistible personality, always eager to share his happiness with everyone--even strangers. Whether he's swaying to music, singing his heart out, or riding his tricycle, Winston brings smiles wherever he goes. He loves kicking a ball around with his caregivers, too, and looks to them for interaction and encouragement. He’s a typical toddler when he doesn’t get what he wants or needs and shows it by stomping, shouting, or crying, but is easily redirected.

Welcome Home—Now What?

The international adoption process doesn't end when you get home. You may be thinking, "No more paperwork, right?" Wrong. While we understand the last thing on your mind is more paperwork, there are several crucial documents specific to citizenship that you must secure for your child.

Her tiny hands reach for new discoveries like leaves and rocks and her little feet run as she catches bubbles. Two is such a fun age filled with sparks of joy and a growing sense of independence. Sometimes her hands will curiously dismantle small toys and other times they will reach for a hug once she knows you well enough.

Holi is here, and it’s time to celebrate with colors (so many colors!), laughter, and fun! People come together to spread joy, leave their worries behind, and dive into an entire rainbow of good vibes.

The Power of Helping Children

Helping children is not just an act of kindness; it is a profound responsibility that shapes the future. Each child carries a world of potential within them—dreams, hopes, and the capacity to change the world. But sometimes, that potential is hidden behind circumstances beyond their control: trauma, neglect, or simply the absence of a nurturing environment.

Raising brothers can be a journey filled with moments of chaos, camaraderie, and growth. From teaching them how to share and resolve conflicts to cheering on their growing friendship, every day brings new challenges and rewards. Like most siblings, Jon and Judah have some similarities like being social and exploring new places, but they are also unique in their individual strengths and challenges.

TheSuperKids Adventure Program by the Gladney Center for Adoption is more than an opportunity for children to experience life in the US—it’s a program designed to create meaningful connections while ensuring a smooth, transparent adoption process. In Summer 2025, children fromColombia andTaiwan will join families across the US for an experience that’s both emotionally fulfilling and thoughtfully organized.
