Archer is a sweet, gentle boy who just turned 5 years old earlier this month. Gladney's Superkids team met him when we were in Taiwan in April 2019. He was born prematurely and has global delays, but he followed directions well for us and according to his caregivers he speaks in complete sentences. In a recent update received, it’s stated that he has shown improvement in his speech and is more motivated to express his needs through speech.

Kai is an adorable little guy who will be turning 7 years old in a couple of weeks! Kai is in the 1st grade and told us his favorite thing about school is PE and playing tag with his friends. Kai loves to play with Legos and he built a huge tower out of blocks with Bill during our visit in November!
Kai also likes to watch cartoons, especially Ultraman, and play outside. He told us his favorite food was vegetables, just not eggplant!

What an amazing kid! Lane is 9 ½ years old. He enjoys reading and drawing. He is generous and outgoing.
Lane has strong self care ability. He is close to his caretakers. He is willing to make new friends. He is helpful in caring for the younger kids in the SWI.

Argyll is a sweet 9 year old boy who is a very good student. He makes almost all A’s in school and learns easily. When we met him in November he found math problems very easy and put together our most complicated LEGO set with no assistance. He reads and writes in Mandarin.
He likes playing with a yo-yo and enjoys running outside. He really loved the Q-Bitz game we had with us and did some of the most difficult cards!

Shania is an active and outgoing girl! She has a ready smile, likes to laugh, and likes to participate in activities - especially a good game of hide and seek! Shania loves music. She likes playing with plush toys and gets along well with other children! She also has a close relationship with her nanny and seeks love and affection from her. Shania likes to be cuddled!

Little Miss Ragan!
Ragan’s file was initially prepared in Spring 2019 when she was about 24 months old. At the time her file was prepared, Ragan was living in foster care. Ragan is described as an introvert who gets along well with others. She is close with her foster family.

There is no shortage of fun when Lien is around! Three year old Lien shares joy with all he comes into contact with! When he is happy, he moves his hips. When you touch his face, he laughs happily. His laugh can be heard on video in a game of chase and is simply contagious! Lien is lively, gentle and always smiles when he sees people.

Kash will be turning 3 years old in April and we were lucky enough to spend some time with him during our Superkids trip to Taiwan in November. He is an active little guy who wasn’t wary of us strangers! He was curious and enjoyed playing with our different toys. He can grasp objects and scribble on a paper with a crayon. He is saying a few words – mama, sister, uh-oh.

Henry is 1 ½ years old. At the age of 11 months, Henry enjoyed playing on the cushion, turning around, making a circle. He was reaching for toys and is most happy when a caretaker is playing with him. He likes to play with his hands and play with toys that make noise. He is described as a lovely boy who likes playing in the water during bath time!

Meet 13 year old Amanda and her 11 year old brother, Anders! We met these sweet siblings for the first time during our Superkids trip to Taiwan in November. It was wonderful getting know them, as they were both very personable.
