Archie s a handsome 9 year old boy who describes himself as a considerate child. His foster mom agrees with him saying that even when his peers do something unkind to him he tries to explain away their behavior so that they will not get in trouble.

Meet the New Gladney President & CEO

Today n ot only marks the start of a new year. It also marks the start of new leadership at the Gladney Center for Adoption. Please join us in congratulating Mark Melson, Gladney President & Chief Executive Officer.

“Mark Melson is the right man at the right time for Gladney,” said Gladney Chairman of the Board Christopher Dezzi. “Our board has been focusing on all the issues related to future planning and succession. Mark was recently appointed as the Chief Operating Officer for Gladney. His service in that position as well as his work as Vice President for Development proved his solid operational and leadership abilities. We all look forward to Gladney’s next generation of leadership and growth under Mark.”
